1985 W201 Mercedes 2.3-16 (3.0-24) twin turbo

 

16VT’s involvement: Supplied and fitted Turbo Technics twin turbo kit. Wired up and calibrated fuel-only Megasquirt ECU as an extra injector controller.

 
Chassis: stock;

Forced induction: Two Garrett T2's, Shortened EVO VII intercooler

Engine: M104.9802 from W124 300E-24.

Injection: 2 extra injectors (0 280 150 200) controlled by megasquirt used to supplement the stock KE Jetronic system.

Description:  The objective was to keep the whilst providing the extra fueling using the megasquirt..

Options included:

Launch control on pin 25
Switchable maps on pin 27
General output 2 on pin 29 (used as boost cut via normally closed relay)
Nitrous on pin 31 (pink)
