16VT’s involvement: Wired up and calibrated fuel-only Megasquirt ECU.

 
Chassis: stock;

Forced induction: Holset H1C 

Engine: M102 from W124 230E, with bigger 99mm diesel pistons. 2471cc. Compression test at 9 bar.

Injection: Port injection on fabricated intake manifold, 440cc/min highZ Delphi injectors with 4.5 bar FPR, Bosch coolant and intake temp sensors.

Description:  The objective was to eliminate the CIS and provide added fueling using the megasquirt..

Launch control on pin 25 (yellow)
Switchable maps on pin 27 (blue)
General output on pin 29 (green)
Nitrous on pin 31 (pink)
